Return and Refund Policy

- THROUGH THE PROCEDURE indicated in the store on the www.ankerplex.eu page: The amounts will be charged from the moment the merchandise is shipped. For your security, the bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank’s servers and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.
- THROUGH BANK TRANSFER OR ACCOUNT DEPOSIT: This form of payment will be applied to sales made through email or telephone communication. 1) The Ankerplex anchor, in addition to the period stipulated by law, has a warranty period of up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
2) During this period of time, the manufacturer will be responsible for the replacement of the unit or one or more of its components in the event of any defect attributable to failure or deficiency of the materials used, or its manufacturing process.
3) The guarantee exclusively covers original defects and does not cover damage due to improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, lack of maintenance or poor treatment. Neither does it cover damage, breakage or deformations due to abnormal use or outside of specifications and recommendations.
4) The warranty refers to and covers exclusively the product itself and does not hold the manufacturer or distributor responsible for damages to persons or property, or direct or indirect losses derived from its use or exploitation. The Ankerplex Anchor is not in itself insurance against incidents of any kind and it is assumed that the user is aware of this limitation.

Accessory items subject to wear and tear, such as the “Ankerplex Flat Line” anchoring line and the transport and stowage bags are not covered by the guarantee.
Termination of the contract
In accordance with article 60.2.d of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (L.S.S.I.), the procedures available to the consumer to terminate the contract are stated.
The customer who has confirmed an order in the purchase process may cancel it in the following situations:
A) Decide after the purchase to back out: You must notify us before the merchandise leaves our facilities. If you have paid for the product, you must notify us as soon as possible indicating this circumstance.
