In accordance with article 10 of Law 34\/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (L.S.S.I.) it is stated that ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. with VAT number ESB26865949 with registered office at C \/ Pi y Margall n\u00ba 117, bajo, 36202, Vigo (Pontevedra), is the owner of this domain www.ankerplex.eu. These terms and conditions, together with your acceptance in the purchase confirmation, constitute the contract between you and ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L.<\/p>\n

Purchasing process:<\/h2>\n

In accordance with article 27 of Law 34\/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (L.S.S.I.), the different procedures to celebrate the online contract are stated. In accordance with article 27.1.b of the aforementioned Law, ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. will file the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and it will be accessible to the user upon request. ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. will send a copy to the client once the purchase process is finished, also attaching a copy of this document (general purchase conditions, withdrawal document and if the product has been paid before leaving our facilities, the purchase invoice ).<\/p>\n

As a general rule, placing an order with ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale reflected in this document. The Client declares, under his responsibility, to have read and understood these terms and conditions of sale and to accept them. No stipulation made by the client may differ from those of ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. if they have not been expressly accepted by our online sales department.<\/p>\n

    All prices displayed in the www.ankerplex.eu store include 21% VAT. Prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac). The applicable price will be the one stated at the time the customer made the purchase. The published prices are valid until the end of the validity of the offer.<\/p>\n

    The company reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.<\/p>\n

    Payment Methods<\/h2>\n

    1. THROUGH THE PROCEDURE indicated in the store on the www.ankerplex.eu page: The amounts will be charged from the moment the merchandise is shipped. For your security, the bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank’s servers and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.<\/li>\n
    2. THROUGH BANK TRANSFER OR ACCOUNT DEPOSIT: This form of payment will be applied to sales made through email or telephone communication. For this, a proforma invoice or previous budget will be delivered indicating an account number to which the transfer will be made for the amount. The client must provide name, surname, NIF and address for shipping. The shipment of the merchandise will not be made until the confirmation of the transfer by the bank.       Delivery times<\/h2>\n

      ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. will confirm the availability of the requested product during the sale operation and in case of non-existence of the product in stock, he will inform the estimated delivery time so that the customer can wait or cancel the purchase.<\/p>\n

      ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L.\u00a0will not send any product or order until verification of payment of the invoice. Shipments will be accompanied by the corresponding invoice or delivery note.<\/p>\n

      ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. will make the shipments by different transport companies, in a maximum of 10 days from the closing of the sale. Delivery times are stipulated by the contracted transport agencies.<\/p>\n

      ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. is not responsible for possible delays caused by the carrier in the delivery time. If the client observes any anomaly in the delivered package, please state your claim on the delivery note indicating the phrase “pending verification”.       Shipping costs<\/h2>\n

      The shipping costs will be stipulated by ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. and will vary depending on the product offered and the shipping address.       The delivery will be considered made at the moment in which the carrier has made the products available to the client and the latter has signed the delivery receipt document. If there is any anomaly in the receipt of the merchandise, the client has 24 hours to make a claim to the transport company.<\/p>\n

      In the case of wholesale trade, or in the event of a different agreement between the parties, ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. may make shipments under the responsibility and at the expense of the buyer.<\/p>\n

      Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

      ANKERPLEX INTERNATIONAL S.L. understands by return the return of the product or products purchased by the customer and their subsequent refund (Right of withdrawal).<\/p>\n

      Warranty<\/h2>\n

      According to current consumer regulations and other complementary laws, you have a legal guarantee in the event that the goods delivered are defective or do not meet the specifications indicated at source.<\/p>\n

      1) The Ankerplex anchor, in addition to the period stipulated by law, has a warranty period of up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
      2) During this period of time, the manufacturer will be responsible for the replacement of the unit or one or more of its components in the event of any defect attributable to failure or deficiency of the materials used, or its manufacturing process.
      3) The guarantee exclusively covers original defects and does not cover damage due to improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, lack of maintenance or poor treatment. Neither does it cover damage, breakage or deformations due to abnormal use or outside of specifications and recommendations.
      4) The warranty refers to and covers exclusively the product itself and does not hold the manufacturer or distributor responsible for damages to persons or property, or direct or indirect losses derived from its use or exploitation. The Ankerplex Anchor is not in itself insurance against incidents of any kind and it is assumed that the user is aware of this limitation.<\/p>\n

      If you are the owner and believe that there is a deficiency in your anchor that can be assumed by the guarantee, follow the instructions indicated in the “Instructions and Guarantee” section of the website: www.ankerplex.eu<\/p>\n

      Accessory items subject to wear and tear, such as the \u201cAnkerplex Flat Line\u201d anchoring line and the transport and stowage bags are not covered by the guarantee.<\/p>\n

      Termination of the contract<\/h2>\n

      In accordance with article 60.2.d of Law 34\/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (L.S.S.I.), the procedures available to the consumer to terminate the contract are stated.
      The customer who has confirmed an order in the purchase process may cancel it in the following situations:
      A) Decide after the purchase to back out: You must notify us before the merchandise leaves our facilities. If you have paid for the product, you must notify us as soon as possible indicating this circumstance.

      In order to comply the established in art. 27.1.c of Law 34\/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) the client will have technical means at his disposal to identify and correct errors in the introduction of personal data.<\/p>\n
